Welcome to Meet&Bark. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Meet&Bark mobile application operated by Meet&Bark LLC. By using our app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Meet&Bark. Users aged 15 or younger are not permitted to use the app. Users aged 16-17 have access to limited features. Full features are available to users 18 and older.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profiles). By posting content, you grant Meet&Bark a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app. You are solely responsible for content you post.
Certain features require access to your device's location. You consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings, though some features may become unavailable.
Businesses may subscribe to paid tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) for enhanced features and promotions. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase.
Promotions displayed in the app are provided by third-party businesses. Meet&Bark does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any promotion. Redemption of promotions is subject to the issuing business's terms.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Meet&Bark allows users to create and share content including profile photos, videos (Reels), messages, and comments. By posting content, you agree to the following community guidelines:

Reporting & Moderation: Users can report objectionable content or abusive users using the report button available on reels, profiles, and messages. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Content that violates these guidelines will be removed, and repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
Blocking: Users can block other users at any time. Blocking a user will immediately remove all of their content from your feed and prevent further interaction. Blocking also notifies our team for review.
Meet&Bark reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
The Meet&Bark app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Meet&Bark LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Meet&Bark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for interactions between users, including playdates or meetups arranged through the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet&Bark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
